Vendor – i.e., Artisan selling handmade goods from under a tent;
Food Truck – i.e., A generator-powered truck, with all necessary permits and inspections;
Beverage Vendor – i.e., Beer, Wine, Cocktails, or Nonalcoholic, sold from either a mobile unit or from under a tent;
Dessert/Snack Vendor – i.e., Baked goods, or other edibles, sold either a mobile unit or from under a tent;
Non Profit – i.e., A local 501(3)(c) setup under a tent;
Young Entrepreneur – i.e., This category is for entrepreneurs ages six years through 17 years old and will serve as a pop-up shop for youth to grow their business while they learn about the aspects of running a business.
To sell beer and/or wine at our event here in Peachtree City, there is a $50 per event fee. If your license is not from Peachtree City, then you must provide a copy of your local license/state license along with your application. The link for the application is on the City’s website. Unfortunately, it can’t be done online at this time, but you can mail it in, along with your payment. You must also ensure that all your servers have handler’s permits, which are also available through the City. Food trucks MUST take all food-related trash with them (ie, oil) and may NOT use the dumpsters behind the Library. Code Enforcement WILL write citations.

The Fayette County Health Department has issued a warning that they will not allow food trucks to operate unless they have been approved 30-days prior to any event. If you are permitted or authorized, then you will not need to fill out a separate application for DPH. However, your permit or authorization must be issued by DPH in Fayette County in order to operate. If you have any questions, you can contact Bonnie Turner at [email protected].

All food trucks wishing to operate at any event on City property are required to have a current inspection sticker from the Peachtree City Fire Department. Inspections must be arranged with the Fire Marshal no less than 2 weeks in advance of an event. Permit is valid for 1 year and must be purchased for $100 for Peachtree City Hall. Vendor should have receipt and display the sticker on their front window. Proof of Insurance
As of January 1, 2023, it is suggested that all Night Market vendors have General Liability Insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000. If you need assistance acquiring a policy, please click .
